Returns & Exchanges
There are no returns or exchanges. Due to limited staff and supply, all sales are final. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address and billing address that you are submitting for it cannot be modified or changed.
Shipping
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Majority of orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after we have received your order.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost by mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the mail courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist you with locating your package for we have no visibility once it leaves our warehouse.
